Busy as can be

I am getting ready for the Midland Art Fair being held at Midland Center for The Arts on the first weekend of June. I am creating new pieces almost daily now and I just took on a commission this past week that needs to be competed by mothers day! I am sooooo excited to be so blessed and busy but I wonder why it always has to be so all or nothing? There are months of my life where no one could give a rip about my artistic ability or art in general and I couldnt sell a piece if I needed to eat and then the next month comes and I am swamped and moving the speed of light.

Has anyone found a way to level this out to where it would be constant and consistant rather than so all or nothing? lol

Sailing Along

Here are two of my newest works. I am really proud of them as painting water is becomming my new passion! I am really excited to know what everyone thinks of them. They were so natural to create which is a stretch seeing that I typically paint places and things that I am directly looking at and studing. These are so different for me seeing that I have never physically seen these places. I am not sure if they are the same place in different moods or if they are two seperate places.
